![]() Before updating can I bin all these 32 bit apps identified with impunity? or just ignore them? Or bin them after updating to Catalina. My current iMac is not struggling, it is just old.Ĭhecking in System Information shows a number of 32 bit applications most of which I haven't used for years or I don't recognise. I'm not looking forward to setting up all the accounts and making sure the calendar syncs with the 4 other devices we use, etc. I'm getting a new iMac in a few weeks and I'm wrestling with a clean install or just cloning the old one. Sometimes there are other documents around them but I wasn't sure if they were still in use. At the bottom it shows the path on how to find them. It sure would be nice to access all not used playlists only.Īctually late last night I used Go64 and deleted all the 3 bit apps. I also went through the 3 libraries and in application support as well and deleted things I knew were gone or not used. There might be stuff left over but the apps are not usable and not there so it won't be looking for them. System is running well and all software I use is functioning. And some I don't know what they are I've left untouched. The obvious one's I didn't need I flicked before using their uninstaller where applicable.
